Product Information
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, dimensions and descriptions. However, slight variations may occur due to handmade production. Lucky Charmzzzz reserves the right to correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and EUR (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where stated.
Orders
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. Lucky Charmzzzz reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Order cancellations are accepted only before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@luckycharmzzz.com.
Customised Orders
Custom and personalised orders (including letter charms and bespoke charm sets) are made to order and are non-refundable once production has begun, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely. Lucky Charmzzz does not store your full card details.

Orders are dispatched from London, United Kingdom. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination:
£15 Royal mail Europe : shipping 7-10 business days
£36 DHL : shipping 3 business days
USA : £15 Royal mail
DHL: £39
Asia : £15 royal mail
DHL : £39
Lucky Charmzzz is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control. Ownership and risk of goods transfer to the customer upon delivery.
